Our process begins with a referring accountant and ends with a happy client.
In between, we orchestrate a series of steps that are personally
carried out by our team of payroll professionals.

  1. 1Referring Accountant:

    • Partners with myPay Solutions as needed to
      deliver top-quality, personal service to each
      referred client
  2. 2Sales Representative:

    • Introduces referring accountant to myPay Solutions
    • Discovers individual payroll needs of each new client
    • Establishes a new client's primary payroll contact
    • Collects a new clients initial payroll and tax info
      and documents
    • Presents a new client staging package to the
      client coordinator for initial setup
    • Partners with referring accountant to maintain
      an ongoing advisory relationship
  3. 3Client Coordinator:

    • Sends a welcome email to client's primary
      payroll contact, introducing their new
      account specialist
    • Works with sales representative and new accounts
      specialist to ensure a smooth transition for new client
  4. 4New Account Specialist:

    • Initiates a quality assessment discussion with
      new client's primary payroll contact
    • Confirms client's primary payroll contact is comfortable
      with submitting payroll and retrieving reports
    • Processes initial payroll to ensure proper setup
    • Assigns a dedicated payroll specialist to client's
      primary payroll contact
  5. 5Payroll Specialist:

    • Serves as the personal contact and point person
      for your client's primary payroll contact
    • Handles time entry, reporting, and payroll assistance
      for client
  6. 6Tax Team:

    • Handles banking and payroll tax compliance for
      client, including communications with federal, state
      and local agencies as needed
    • Works in concert with both the new account specialist
      and payroll specialist as needed
  7. Client:

    • Receive top-quality, personal payroll services
      from myPay Solutions
    • Use new free time to focus on business management
      and growth
