- Client work is received and entered into the Practice CS Project Management module, which moves the work through the office electronically.
- The tasks associated with the projects created in Step 1 are assigned and scheduled using the Practice CS Staff Management module, with notifications appearing on each staff member's dashboard as tasks are ready to be performed.
- The work is prepared and reviewed in integrated applications, such as UltraTax CS, Accounting CS, and other CS Professional Suite programs, which can be launched directly from Practice CS.
- When the work is complete, the project is billed in Practice CS and the invoice delivered to the client via a NetClient CS online portal (or via paper or email).
- Clients can pay their invoices using a credit card via the NetClient CS portal.
- At any time during Steps 3-5, status can be monitored and real-time updates received (including any notes that employees have made during the preparation and delivery process), via the Practice CS Client Management Module and Mobile CS, which extends the reach of Practice CS from your desktop to your Apple® iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod® touch.
