Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Use the Vendor/Payee tab to print checks that were created in the Actions > Enter Transactions screen.

Choose File > Print Checks and click the Vendor/Payee tab.

Fields & buttons

The Vendor/Payee grid contains an expandable list of all clients with unprinted vendor checks. Click the plus (+) sign to the left of a client name to expand the list to include each individual vendor or agent with unprinted checks. Mark the checkbox next to a client to select all checks for that client, or mark the checkbox next to the individual vendors/agents for whom you want to print checks.

Notes

  • To reduce the number of checks displayed in the grid, select a filter and method in the upper-left corner of the tab.
  • The only fields in the grid that can be modified are the Sort Order and Payment Date fields.
  • The sort orders default to the selections made in the Check Printing Defaults section of the Bank Accounts > Main tab or Impound Bank Accounts > Main tab.
