Payment and other information
Payments are considered timely if received by the department on the due date of the payment. If the payment due date falls on a weekend or State of Arizona holiday, the payment is due on the next business day. However, because payments made on our web site are required by 5:00 pm MST on the business day before the due date, you must initiate the payment on or before the last business day prior to the weekend or holiday.

Employers with an average of $20,000 or more quarterly liability for withholding tax during the prior year are required to remit their taxes electronically.
Employers with quarterly liability below that mandatory threshold can remit their taxes electronically on a voluntary basis.
