The Florida Department of Revenue accepts EFT Debit and Credit payments for Unemployment Taxes.
Employers with 10 or more employees in any quarter of the prior state fiscal year, and any business or individual that filed for 100 or more employers in any quarter of the prior state fiscal year are required to pay electronically.
Voluntary participation in the Department of Revenues e-Services program (electronic filing for forms and tax payments) is allowed and encouraged.
How to apply
The Florida Department of Revenue requires all e-Services users to register with the department prior to filing or paying taxes. Enrollment files can be created in the application from the Actions > Enroll > Florida Electronic Filing screen.
If you are paying by ACH Credit, please note that the Florida Department of Revenue requires the following prior to giving payment approval.
A letter specifying a valid business reason for requesting ACH-Credit approval.
A test transaction prior to the first official payment.

Form RT-6. You can transmit Form RT-6 electronically using either the agent method or individual employer method. To file as an agent with the state of Florida, your firm must meet certain criteria. Unemployment ID: You can use one of the following formats.
7 digits formatted as #######
8 digits formatted as #######-#. When you use 8 digits, the last digit must be a valid check digit (Example: 1234567).
