Use the Notification Details dialog to assign the selected client event to a staff member, to change the status of the client event, and to add notes about the client event. As you modify information in this dialog, the application updates the grid in the Client Access Processing Notifications portlet.
In the Client Access Processing Notifications portlet in the Firm Dashboard, click the Ellipsis button next to the client action that you want to assign or for which you want to change the status.
