Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Use the following methods to easily share workpapers from Accounting CS Workpapers with other staff or customers who do not have the application installed.

Drag and drop workpapers into an email message

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and open a new email item in which to insert a workpaper from the engagement binder as an attachment.
  2. Open the Engagement Binders Tree portlet in the Workpapers Dashboard.
  3. Left-click the a workpaper and drag it into the body of email message to add the item as an attachment.

Drag and drop workpapers from the engagement binder to the desktop or networked location

  1. Open the Engagement Binders Tree portlet in the Workpapers Dashboard.
  2. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the location in which you want to insert a workpaper from Accounting CS.
  3. Left-click the a workpaper and drag it to the desktop or the network location that you have selected.

Drag and drop workpapers from the Engagement Binders tree portlet to the File Exchange portlet

  1. In the Workpapers Dashboard, open the Engagement Binders Tree portlet and File Exchange Documents portlet.
  2. Click the Login File Exchange Login button button in the File Exchange portlet to connect to File Exchange.
  3. Select a workpaper in the Engagement Binders Tree portlet and drag and drop it to the appropriate folder in the File Exchange Documents portlet.
