You can use the Rebuild Engagement command to locate and add documents that exist for the Master Client Data (MCD) in the Engagements subfolder of the client's data folder (C:\WINCSI\CSAData\<clientid>\Engagements\<engagement name>) but are not currently displayed within Engagement CS. After you run this command, all restored documents for the selected client will appear in the {Rebuilt Files} folder in the Tree View window for the selected engagement.

Choose Rebuild Engagement from the Engagement CS Help menu.

The Rebuild Engagement command can be run when the following conditions apply.

• Only available from the Master Client Data (MCD).
• Only available when one engagement staff member is in the client when multi-staff functionality is enabled.
• Only locates missing documents for engagements that have not yet been wrapped up.
