Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Use the Checks and Other Debits grid to clear items and to make adjustments to them when necessary. As you enter checks and other debits to cash through transactions or payroll check entry, those records will appear on this tab, as will debits and/or checks from the Non-recurring Adjustments dialog, the Recurring Adjustments dialog, or the Initial open items dialog. The sum of the cleared amounts on this tab will be matched against the Checks and other debits field on the summary tab for balancing.

The following special commands are available from the Edit menu or from the F3 or right-click context menu when the Checks and Other Debits tab of the Bank Reconciliation window is active.
