Modifying an existing print profile

To modify a print profile, perform the following steps.

  1. Open the desired client.
  2. Choose File > Print.
  3. In the Print dialog, click the Profiles tab.
  4. Highlight the appropriate profile in the list.
  5. Add or delete reports or forms from the print profile.
    • To add reports or forms to the print profile: Click the appropriate tab (either Reports or Forms) and then double-click the reports you want to add to the profile. The names of the reports now appear in the Selected pane.
    • To delete reports or forms from the print profile: In the Selected pane, highlight the reports or forms you want to remove from the profile and then click the Remove button.
  6. Modify the necessary print options for the reports and/or forms in the print profile.
  7. Click the Profile button.
  8. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to change the collation sequence of specific reports and forms.
  9. Click the Update button to save your changes and return to the Print dialog.
