If your firm has made multi-factor authentication optional (rather than required), you can disable it for your own login.

  1. Click your name near the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Manage Multi-factor Authentication.
  2. Click Disable to disable multi-factor authentication.

    Note: If your firm requires multi-factor authentication, the Disable option will not be available.
