Application not starting or starting window is frozen (Citrix, Virtual Office CS, SaaS)

If the Starting... window with the green progress bar is stuck, try these steps:

Citrix hang

  1. In your NetStaff CS portal (the same window where your application icons are), click Applications.
  2. Click the Setup menu.
  3. Look for the Use Alternate Port checkbox. 
    • If the box is unchecked, put a checkmark in it.
    • If the box is checked, uncheck it.
  4. Try to launch the application again.
