If you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can create and print client letters using Word.
To open a blank client letter document in Word, choose Reports > Client Letters - .DOC.
When you open Word from Planner CS, you will notice a Planner Data menu in addition to the standard Word menus. Use the Planner Data menu to insert plan data into a client letter and to update plan data already inserted into a client letter.
Note: You can also use the Planner CS built-in client letter writer. See Client Letters - .RTF for more information.
