Planner CS
There are two ways you can print plan comments.
To print plan comments every time a specific preparer prints reports using the Auto Select, see Entering or modifying preparer information and preferences.
To select plan comments to print on a print job-by-job basis, choose File > Print Reports, click the Print Selection button, and mark the Plan Comments checkbox. (For details, see Printing plan data reports, graphs, and letters.)
