If you use the Allocations window to allocate amounts between a taxpayer, spouse, and/or states, or to list multiple items for a single field, you can perform the following steps to print a statement detailing the allocated information.

  1. Open the desired plan.
  2. Choose File > Print Reports.
  3. In the Print Reports dialog, click the Print Selection button.
  4. In the Print Selection dialog, mark the Allocations detail near the bottom of the dialog, and click OK.
  5. Click the Print button.
