Use the Print Selection dialog to select which standard reports, custom reports, graphs, and client letters you want to print. You can also print an allocations detail statement and plan comments.

To open this dialog, click the Print Selection button in the Print Reports dialog.

Using the Print Selection dialog

Fields & buttons

Mark this checkbox if you used the Allocation window to allocate amounts between a taxpayer, spouse and/or states, or to list multiple items for a single field, and want to print the allocations detail statement.

Mark this checkbox if you entered plan comments and want to print those comments.

Tabs in this dialog

This tab lists all available standard reports. There is a standard report for each tab in the main data-entry window. Choose standard reports by marking the checkbox next to the report you want to print.

This tab lists all available custom reports. To choose a custom report, mark the checkbox next to the report you want to print.

This tab lists all available graphs. To choose a graph, mark the checkbox next to the graphs you want to print.

This tab lists all available client letters. To choose client letters, mark the checkbox next to the client letters you want to print.

For more information, see Creating client letters.

This tab lists all items that are selected to print. Planner CS prints items in order from top to bottom. To change the collation order, highlight an item in the list and click the up or down arrow button.

Note: You cannot change the collation order of the Plan Comments report; that report will remain last in the collation.
