New (tax) year, new help!

Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

Use the state tabs in the Partner Information window in Partner Data Entry to enter state-specific information for partners. State tabs appear only if you have added states to the return.

To update a partner's state-specific information, click that partner in the Partner Information window, and then click the appropriate state tab.

Reason Code withholding not required

Select a reason code for withholding not required.

Form RPD-41354 permanent residence or place of business - physical location (if different from federal)

Enter the address of the physical location of the partner.

Phone number (Form RPD-41354)

Enter the phone number of the partner for Form RPD-41354.

Form RPD-41353 effective period

Select the effective period of the authorized election for Form RPD-41353. If the election expires, enter the expiration date in the Through (date) field.

Through (date)

If Through is selected in the Form RPD-41353 effective period field, enter the date the election expires.

Title (Forms RPD-41353 & RPD-41354)

Enter the title of the partner for Form RPD-41353 and Form RPD-41354.
