In 1999, Google was just a little-known search engine with a funny name,
and Internet Explorer had made its debut only four years earlier. But the Tax
& Accounting business of Thomson Reuters (then known as Creative
Solutions, Inc.) was already taking full advantage of the Internet's
unlimited potential with the introduction of its first ASP web-hosted
solutions.
