Menu commands
Creates an export file for the currently selected statement, in a format appropriate for import into ProfitCents and within the folder location that you specify.
Opens a dialog that enables you to detect basic syntax errors contained in formulas (account groups, account numbers, additional amounts, or numeric amounts found in the Amounts field of row properties or in the Contents or Period field of cell properties) before the statement is actually previewed or printed.
Opens a dialog where you may specify a filename and format for the statement file to be exported.
The format options are:
- CSV (comma delimited text file)
- XML (eXtensible markup language)
- TXT (tab delimited text file)
Displays the row number, storage name, and contents (formula) all storage names included in the selected financial statement. Information is listed in this report if the Storage Name field in the row properties box is non-blank for any accounts, totals, or storage name types of rows.
