Because Thomson Reuters cannot support customers using our applications on unsupported operating systems, Workpapers CS is no longer supported on Windows 7. We strongly recommend that you upgrade your workstations to a supported operating system. For more information, see End of Support for Windows 7.

General

  • We have addressed an issue that, in certain circumstances, caused Workpapers CS to close during attempts to print documents to GoFileRoom.

For firms using GoFileRoom integration in Workpapers CS v.2019.4.1 or higher: At your earliest convenience, verify and edit the index mapping in the Value field for each Variable index value type in each document category tab in the Setup > GoFileRoom > Index Mapping dialog. Due to unintentional changes, some variable assignments may need to be reset.

Note: If you do not see the menu option to access the Setup > GoFileRoom > Index Mapping dialog, a staff member in the Administrator security group will need to verify and edit the index mappings.
