To copy or move documents using the drag and drop method, follow these steps.

  1. In the Folders window, navigate to and select the document you wish to copy or move.
  2. Click and hold the left mouse button while you drag the document to the destination folder or drawer in the Folders window.
  3. Release the mouse button.
  4. To copy the document, choose Copy here from the context menu that appears, or choose Move here to move the document. Choose Cancel if you do not wish to copy or move the document.

Note: You can only cut or copy documents once you have selected the actual document. You cannot delete a single page if you have the Expand printed documents and image groups to the page level checkbox marked in the User Preferences dialog.
