By setting a master password, you can limit the users who can perform certain tasks. The master password is set in the Security tab of the System Configuration dialog.

Use this procedure to set the desired standard security options.

  1. From the Setup menu, choose System Configuration.
  2. In the Security tab in the System Configuration dialog, enter the master password and click the Continue button.
  3. Mark or clear the checkbox for each security option as appropriate. Note that if you highlight an option, a brief explanation of the option appears in the box at the bottom of the Security tab.
  4. Click OK.

If you forget the master password, you can get a temporary password by calling CS Customer Service at 800.968.0600. You can then enter the temporary password in the Security tab of the System Configuration dialog, click the Modify button, and reset the master password.
