General
- We've resolved an issue that was preventing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) from properly running for certain files, which was also causing inaccurate search results or errors when attempting to use Full Text Search (FTS). The backlog of documents not already indexed by the OCR engine will be processed over the next few weeks, and the engine will function in a timely manner going forward.
- We’ve resolved an issue that was preventing user preferences from being retained for some customers.
