Citrix Workplace and the FileCabinet CS Virtual Office print driver

Citrix Workspace and the FileCabinet CS Virtual Office print driver work together to allow you to print documents from outside Virtual Office CS / Software as a Service (SaaS) to your Virtual Office CS / SaaS version of FileCabinet CS.

Installing or re-installing

It's important that you install, uninstall, and re-install Citrix Workspace and the FileCabinet CS Virtual Office print driver in a particular order. Otherwise, your print driver may not function.

First-time installation

Install Citrix Workspace

  1. Log in to secure.netlinksolution.com.
  2. Click Applications.

    Note: If you don't see this link, you don't have access. Ask your administrator to review Assigning applications and modules to NetStaff users.

  3. Click Setup, then click Citrix in the menu that appears.
  4. Click the link for the browser you're using to see the rest of the steps.
  1. Click the VOCitrixWeb.exe download in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Run.
  3. If you're asked whether you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer, click Yes. 
  4. Click Install.
  5. When the installation is complete, click Finish.

    Note: If you experience any issues installing or running VOCitrixWeb.exe, try running the installation as administrator, or disable the user account control (UAC) setting.

  1. Click Save File.
  2. Double-click VOCitrixWeb.exe.

    Note: If you are prompted with an Open Executable File? message, click OK.

  3. Click Run.
  4. When the installation is complete, click OK.

    Note: If you experience any issues installing or running VOCitrixWeb.exe, try running the installation as administrator, or disable the user account control (UAC) setting.

  1. Click Save.

    Note: If you are prompted with an Microsoft Edge Security Warning, click Run.

  2. When the installation is complete, click OK.

    Note: If you experience any issues installing or running VOCitrixWeb.exe, try running the installation as administrator, or disable the user account control (UAC) setting.

Install the print driver

  1. Log back in to secure.netlinksolution.com.
  2. Click Applications.
  3. Click the Setup menu, then click FileCabinet CS Print Driver.
  4. Click the link for the browser you're using to see the rest of the steps.
  1. Click the [FirmID]FCVOPrint.msi download in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Run.
  3. If you're asked whether you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer, click Yes. 
  4. Click Install.
  5. When the installation is complete, click Finish.

    Note: If you experience any issues installing or running [FirmID]FCVOPrint.msi, try running the installation as administrator, or disable the user account control (UAC) setting.

  1. Click Save File.
  2. Double-click [FirmID]FCVOPrint.msi.

    Note: If you are prompted with an Open Executable File? message, click OK.

  3. Click Run.
  4. When the installation is complete, click OK.

    Note: If you experience any issues installing or running [FirmID]FCVOPrint.msi, try running the installation as administrator, or disable the user account control (UAC) setting.

  1. Click Save.

    Note: If you are prompted with an Microsoft Edge Security Warning, click Run.

  2. When the installation is complete, click OK.

    Note: If you experience any issues installing or running VOCitrixWeb.exe, try running the installation as administrator, or disable the user account control (UAC) setting.

Re-installing

Uninstall Citrix Workspace and the print driver

  1. Open the Control Panel and click the Uninstall a program link.
  2. Click  FileCabinet CS Virtual Office Print Driver in the list of applications, then click Uninstall.
  3. Click VO Citrix version 14.1.0.0 in the list of applications, then click Uninstall.
  4. Click Citrix Workspace in the list of applications, then click Uninstall.
  5. Stop the print spooler:
    1. Open the Windows Start menu and search for Administrative Tools.
    2. Click Services.
    3. Find the Print Spooler in the list of services.
    4. Right-click the Print Spooler and choose  Stop.
  6. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\prtprocs\w32x86\ folder in a 32-bit systems, and C:\Windows\System32\Spool\prtprocs\x64 folder in a 64-bit system, and delete the following files.
    • csintprt.dll
    • csintprt.pdb

    Note: Do not delete any files that start with CSA; these files are for Engagement CS.

  7. Right-click Print Spooler in the list of services, and select Start.
  8. Delete the following folders, if they exist.
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix
    • C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\Citrix
    • C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\ICAClient
    • C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Roaming\Citrix
    • C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Roaming\ICAClient
  9. Reboot your computer.

Re-install Citrix Workspace

  1. Log in to secure.netlinksolution.com.
  2. Click Applications.

  3. Click Setup, then click Citrix in the menu that appears.
  4. Click the link for the browser you're using to see the rest of the steps.

  4. Click Install.
  5. When the installation is complete, click Finish.

  1. Click Save File.
  2. Double-click VOCitrixWeb.exe.

    Note: If you are prompted with an Open Executable File? message, click OK.

  4. When the installation is complete, click OK.

  1. Click Save.

Re-install the print driver

  4. Click the link for the browser you're using to see the rest of the steps.
