Fields & buttons

General Information group box

The application uses information you enter in this group box to complete form fields and answer questions that are not addressed in the Apportionment Information spreadsheet.

The application adds the entries in these fields to the Interest from the Sales Spreadsheet to complete the Colorado and Total fields on the Taxable interest and dividend income line of Form 106, Page 5.

The application transfers information from these fields to the Colorado and Total fields on the Gross proceeds from the sale of real personal property line of Form 106, Page 5.

The application transfers information from these fields to the Colorado and Total fields on the Gain from the sale of intangible personal property line of Form 106, Page 5.

The application transfers information from these fields to the Colorado and Total fields on the Revenue from the performance of purely personal services line of Form 106, Page 5.

Alternate Apportionment group box

Use the fields in this group box to use alternate apportionment for this state. Entries in these fields take precedence over any entries in the Apportionment Information spreadsheet for this state.

Enter Colorado's income calculated using an alternate method. The application transfers entries in this field to Form 106, Page 2, line 10. The application ignores apportionment entries made elsewhere in the Apportionment Information spreadsheet when calculating the Colorado return. You can specially allocate this amount in Screen COAlloc.

Describe the other apportionment method used to calculate Colorado apportionment. This statement prints with the return.
