Use the city tabs at the bottom of the Ohio Cities dialog to enter city apportionment information. City tabs appear only if you have added cities to the client and if additional apportionment information is required.

To enter city apportionment information, click the Ohio tab at the bottom of the Apportionment Information window. Then, click the Ohio Cities button to open the Ohio Cities dialog, and click the appropriate city tab.

Special information for processing CCA returns

UltraTax CS provides predefined statements for factor components requiring detail information. You must enter a city code in the city column for the apportionment information to transfer to the appropriate city. Enter amounts in the Beginning Amount and Ending Amount column for the city to calculate correctly. UltraTax CS calculates the Everywhere amounts based on the information you enter in the main Apportionment Information spreadsheet Everywhere / Override column for each factor.
