Use the state tabs in the Shareholder Information window to enter state-specific information for shareholders. The information you enter is used to complete the state return. State tabs only appear if a state has been added to the client.

To update a shareholder's state information, click that shareholder in the Shareholder spreadsheet and then click the appropriate state tab.
