Menu commands
Moves to the row above the current one. If you are in one of the Row Properties fields, the cursor will remain in the same field. You may also press CTRL+UP arrow.
Moves to the row below the current one. If you are in one of the Row Properties fields, the cursor will remain in the same field. You may also press CTRL+Down arrow.
Moves to the column to the left of the current one. If you are in one of the Cell Properties fields, the cursor will remain in the same field. Shortcut key: CTRL+left arrow.
Moves to the column to the right of the current one. If you are in one of the Cell Properties fields, the cursor will remain in the same field. Shortcut key: CTRL+Right arrow.
Toggles the display of the status bar at the bottom of the Financial Statement Editor window.
Toggles the display of the ruler at the top of the Financial Statement worksheet section in the Financial Statement Editor window.
Activates Row mode and enables you to define the properties that apply to an entire row. The Row Properties are displayed in the Properties box on the left side of the Financial Statement Editor window.
To switch to Row mode: Click the row number > description on the left side of the editing worksheet; or click the Row mode button on the toolbar; or choose View > Row mode.
Activates Cell mode and enables you to define the properties and formatting that apply to a cell or group of cells. The cell properties are displayed in the Properties box on the left side of the Financial Statement Editor window. The cell formatting options are available from the Format menu.
To switch to Cell mode: Click directly within a cell; or highlight a group of cells or columns; or click the Cell mode button on the toolbar; or choose View > Cell mode.
Toggles between Row mode and Cell mode.
Toggles between activating and deactivating your ability to adjust row heights by clicking the left mouse button on the horizontal row border and dragging the border up or down.
Adjusts the height of the highlighted row or rows in the financial statement to correspond to the font size selected for any cell.
