CS Connect frequently asked questions

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Make sure no other programs are running.
  3. Start your program.
  4. Try starting CS Connect again.

The update may have only partially downloaded during your last CS Connect call. To resolve this, delete the files in your updates folder and then use CS Connect to download all available updates.
