General

• To improve overall performance, we've made several improvements to optimize and better scale.This work contributes to improving your experience and overall stability during peak usage timeframes.
• Enforcement of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) can now be configured and applied to Group Members.
• Use of certain Add-in features, such as “Add To GoFileRoom” and “Print To GoFileRoom”, presented an invalid script error message along with the GoFileRoom signin screen. We've addressed this error and is now functioning as expected.

Documents

• We've resolved an issue with the Export List option within the Document Search > Document Explorer view. The Export List button now properly generates an export file containing only the records displayed in the grid. Previously, all records of the drawer, including all documents were exported to the CSV file.
• Sorting a column within Document Search now better retains your preferences:
  • Selecting to Reset Preferences to the original state now removes previous sort selections.
  • When reordering a column, by performing a drag and drop action, the sorted column will retain the original preference and the sort icon remains.

Client Centre

GoFileRoom Client Center presented an error, “Could Not Load File”, when attempting to create and sign up a new client for the portal service. We’ve resolved this issue and new Client Center account setup is now working as expected.

SurePrep integration

The Priority status assigned for a workflow could change from "High" to "Medium" in certain situations when the workflow gets re-routed. The Thomson Reuters and SurePrep teams have made changes to safeguard the priory settings selected.
