Web services invoices are billed in arrears, meaning we bill for services rendered the month after the service has been provided. Billable services are displayed in the permissions section for each user, and are indicated with green text and a dollar sign.
You can review the invoice on Tax.TR.com, and for instruction to access the invoice, see Viewing and paying your CS Professional Suite invoices. You can review the detail of the invoice using the Billing Report with administrative privileges, see Viewing the Billing Report.
The Billing report divides the bill into two sections; General Services and User Services. General Services are any services that are a firm-wide fee, and not linked to only one account. User Services are enabled per login, and the detail of who has the service is detailed in this report.
