If a user has Client Access, the file Location for ACH files is the same across data location profiles and clients on Client Access regardless of security settings.

  • Firm Hosted Client Access (FHCA) users need to use drive mapping to point client access users to unique folders.
  • For Virtual Office (VO/SaaS) users, make sure that each Client Access user that should have a separate ACH folder is associated with a unique data location profile.
For more information, see ADO 1069902.
