The Vendors screen contains information about all vendors/agents for each client, including basic identification and address information, liability information, 1099 properties, transaction distribution information, amortization schedules, and direct deposit information.

Choose Setup > Vendors.

The vendor list on the left side of the screen changes depending on the currently selected client. The application automatically lists agents for a client's federal, state, and some local payroll tax liabilities (as well as agents for the client's local tax liabilities that have been added via the Setup > Firm Information > Tax Agents screen). You can add any vendors or agents that a client pays for services rendered (such as for lawn care, for office supplies, and so forth) or for which the client deducts funds from an employee (such as for health and life insurance plans, friend of the court, etc.).
