Prompts you to indicate what type of row you would like to insert and inserts a row above the row in which the cursor is located.
Inserts a column to the left of the column in which the cursor is located.
Opens the Variables dialog, which allows you to insert a variable that will be replaced by an actual value when the statement is printed. This enables you to create one statement definition for use with many clients rather than having to create a new statement for each client. You may select from the following variables: amount, text, date, periods, additional amounts, locations, and departments.

Inserts a page break above the row where the cursor is currently located.
Opens the Insert Chart dialog and reconfigures the current worksheet, leaving one cell and one column so that you can insert a chart that will fill the whole page.
Note: When you insert a full-page chart, one extra blank description row is added above the chart. We recommend using this description row for the chart title, which allows you much more flexibility in selecting font size, typeface, and spacing than using the Chart Title field in the Properties tab of the Insert Chart dialog.
Opens the Insert Chart dialog where you can define full-color line, bar, or pie charts. The ability to create full color charts and insert them anywhere within a financial statement is one of the most powerful tools available within the Financial Statement Editor. The simple yet flexible interface is easy to use and quickly produces the most commonly used charts customized to your preferences.
