Use the Cities and other returns dialog to enter apportionment data for city and other returns. UltraTax CS uses this information to complete the apportionment factor for income subject to apportionment. In general, business income is apportioned and non-business income is allocated.

To open the Cities and other returns dialog, choose View > Apportionment with a 1065 state client open. Click the appropriate state tab at the bottom of the window, and then click the Cities or other return button. Note that you must have a city or other return attached to this client to open this dialog.
