Setting up and using transaction templates

Transaction templates can save you time and reduce the occurrence of data-entry errors. When you set up a transaction template, you enter information for the application to use as the default information for all transactions that are created from the template. Each time the application creates transactions from that template, it automatically fills in the information that is set up in the template, so you don't have to enter it for every transaction. After the transaction has been created, you can modify the default information and enter other information that is unique to each transaction.
