The primary NetFirm CS administrator is the person who was designated as your firm?s NetFirm CS administrator on the purchase agreement.
This topic presents an outline of the steps to follow to Customize the appearance of portals, to enable your staff and your clients to access their portals, and to set up client portals and staff portals.
The information in this topic applies only to NetStaff CS users who have access to NetFirm CS administration. If you do not see an Admin tab in the navigation pane, you cannot perform the tasks outlined in this topic.
Initial NetFirm CS administration tasks
Before you begin setting up client portals and staff portals, you need to Customize the appearance of portals and enable clients to access portals. You might also want to create a NetClient CS demonstration portal that you can use to introduce your clients to NetClient CS and to train your staff.

Determine which NetClient CS modules are appropriate for your clients
Optional: Designate the appropriate client portals as private portals — Only your firm’s primary NetFirm CS administrator can view private client portals through NetFirm CS administration.
