NetClient CS System Requirements

Specific requirements and recommendations

Computer or Device Windows® computer, iOS device, Android device
Operating System The 32- or 64-bit version of Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Server 2016, Server 2012 R2, Server 2012, or Server 2008 R2.
Note: Locally installed CS Professional Suite software will not run on Windows 8 RT, a 32-bit edition of Windows 8 for mobile devices.
Disk Space Accounting CS Client Access or CBS ASP users only: You'll need 100 MB of disk space to download and install Citrix Receiver 4.1 on a device that runs a supported Windows operating system.
Internet Connection A broadband or persistent, high-speed, wired internet connection is required. We recommend a dedicated, high-speed business class connection.

NetClient CS mobile app users: If you use the NetClient CS mobile app, the system requirements for your devices are as follows:

Mobile Devices Apple iOS devices: iOS version 8.0 or higher
Android devices: Android OS 2.3 or higher
Device Storage Apple iOS devices: 5.5 MB
Android devices: 2.5 MB
Internet Connection A wifi or cellular data connection
